BLVD is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, developing relationships, creating opportunities, and turning strategy into measurable revenue growth.
As BLVD continues to expand its subsurface damage prevention services across telecom, EV charging, renewable energy, environmental services, and mission-critical infrastructure markets, this position will play a critical role in building the sales organization and accelerating growth across the country. The National Sales Manager will lead Regional Sales Managers, establish a high-performing sales culture, develop strategic accounts and opportunities, and create the systems and processes needed to scale BLVD’s sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. They are energized by building something, developing people, opening doors, and finding creative ways to win business. Most importantly, they take ownership, move with urgency, and understand that great sales organizations are built through accountability, relationships, and consistent execution.

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 total compensation (salary + commission)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers across the country.
- Establish clear sales expectations, goals, KPIs, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to Regional Sales Managers to help them maximize their performance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the sales team through recruiting, training, development, and organizational improvements.
- Conduct regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reviews with regional leadership.
National Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with BLVD’s growth objectives.
- Identify target markets, customers, industries, and opportunities that can accelerate company growth.
- Establish sales priorities and help regional teams focus their efforts on the highest-value opportunities.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding BLVD’s presence within existing markets.
- Partner with leadership to establish revenue targets, sales plans, and go-to-market strategies.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across BLVD’s markets and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
- Personally engage in major pursuits, strategic accounts, and high-value opportunities.
- Help position BLVD as a trusted partner and differentiate the company in competitive markets.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
Pipeline & Sales Operations
- Build and maintain a disciplined, visible, and measurable sales pipeline.
- Establish consistent processes for prospecting, opportunity management, forecasting, and closing.
- Develop and monitor sales metrics that provide visibility into activity, pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Continuously look for ways to make the sales organization more efficient and effective.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with marketing, business development, operations, and executive leadership to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Work with marketing to strengthen CRM function, lead generation, sales enablement, account-based strategies, and market positioning.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure sales commitments align with BLVD’s capabilities and customer expectations.
- Bring customer and market insights back to leadership to help shape BLVD’s services, strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Help create a seamless customer experience from initial relationship through opportunity development and ongoing account growth.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Constantly evaluate sales tools, technologies, processes, and best practices to improve performance.
- Explore automation, AI, CRM capabilities, and emerging technologies that can help the sales organization work smarter and scale faster.
- Test new approaches to prospecting, relationship development, account management, and business development.
- Bring fresh ideas and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
What We’re Seeking
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales team, preferably in a national or multi-region environment.
- Demonstrated success driving B2B revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and developing sales managers and/or sales representatives.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, engineering, construction, telecommunications, renewable energy, environmental services, EV charging, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing both strategic sales initiatives and day-to-day execution.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM systems, KPIs, and sales performance management.
- Ability to operate independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate people, create accountability, and develop talent.
